The
Canine Hilton would like to make clear the following points:
1) Excessive damage to property and/or fouling need to be compensated for.
2) Where a dog turns aggressive and damages other animals in our care, the owners
must cover vet bills. A waiver must be signed to confirm this. We also advise
that you are properly insured against third party injuries.
3) Dog Walking: Where time is lost (due to dogs straying) or unnecessary damage
is caused, there may be a surcharge.
4) All bookings accepted have a two week non-refundable 20% deposit clause;
at the carer's discretion this may be carried forward. Last minute - 48 hours
notice - bookings can carry an extra 10% over the whole bill emergency premium
charge and the total bill must be paid up front.
5) If
your cat damages itself whilst in our care, as owner you are responsible for
covering the injured cat's vet bills. A waiver must be signed to confirm this.
6) All dogs in the care of the Canine Hilton will be treated by Parkside Veterinary
Centre in the event of an emergency. Any expenses incurred concerning treatment
will be the liability of the owner.
